Re-engineered internals

The outer casing of the mounting system maintains stock appearance, whilst the internal rubber has been carefully re-engineered by means of shape and stiffness to reduce engine/drive train movement.

Stiffer Rubber

The rubber is 50% stiffer than the original factory mounts but thanks to the re-engineered shape the engine movement is reduced by over 80%.

This combination of re-engineered internals with a 50% increase in stiffness provides the extra control desired, a small increase in engine vibrations can be noticed in the vehicle but not any where near as much as  polyurethane type mounts.

Now with the new Generation 2 FR3 Mounts even more control is felt! The extra control over the engine and drive train makes for a much more precise power transmission to the road both on 2wd and 4wd applications. Significantly reducing wheel hop on 2wd cars. Other benefits are reduced stress on the exhaust system.
