1.8T High Flow Longitudinal Manifold

One of the biggest restrictions of the standard 1.8T engine is the exhaust manifold. These high flow manifolds will greatly improve the exhaust gas flow and help to free your 1.8T up at high revs. They flow more than 50% more than the standard items which will result in more bhp and torque. The quicker flowing manifold also keeps the exhaust temperatures down which not only reduces wear on the turbo but will also allow for more advance timing.

Fits K03, K04 standard fitment turbos and other turbos that utilise the standard K03 exhaust flange.

Top picture shows the Longitudinal manifold which is the unit supplied in this sale. The lower pictures show the Transverse big port manifold compared to the standard VAG unit. You can clearly see the difference in size.

Power increases vary depending on other modifications. We have seen an increase of 19bhp on a 1.8T setup using an aftermarket turbo which was previously utilising the standard K03 flange/manifold.

Supplied with High Tensile turbo mounting bolts. We recommend you replace your gaskets with original VAG items.
